Digitalization of public services

Five public services related to land relations were transferred to an online format.

Now services such as "Information from the State Land Registry", "Determination of cadastral (assessed) value of land", "Coordination of projected land plot with the AIS SLC graphic data", "Preparation and issue of acts to the land plot", "Information on quality status of the land" will be available on the e-government portal egov.kz.

Necessary legal acts have been approved by government agencies, and services have been launched in test mode. After the entry into force of the NPA, all persons interested can get services on the portal.

"Most of the land services were provided exclusively in paper form and only when the service recipient personally visited front offices of the State Corporation. In the age of digital technologies, it is certainly inconvenient to be tied to your place of residence and wait for the result of a service for several days or even weeks. Therefore, we have revised the terms of providing the most popular services in the field of land relations and minimized them. In addition, availability on the egov.kz portal allows you to receive them without reference to your place of residence, i.e. anywhere in the world. Whereas previously the approval period of projected land plot was 15 calendar days according to the AIS SLC graphic data, now it has been reduced to 7 business days. The time required to prepare an identification document has been reduced from six business days to four. Deadline for providing information from the State Land Registry has been reduced from three business days to 15 minutes.  

New services will be available in the "Land Relations" subsection of "Real Estate" section on the egov.kz portal.
