Employee Motivation
JSC Economic Research Institute implements a comprehensive motivation system that combines both financial and non-financial incentives aimed at attracting and retaining qualified specialists, as well as enhancing their engagement and performance.
The remuneration system takes into account employees’ qualifications and professional competencies and also includes performance-based bonuses for achievements in research activities.
As part of non-financial incentives, employees may be nominated for state, ведомственные (departmental), and internal awards.
