Bagdat Mussin, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace, reported on the country's current digital solutions in the fight against the pandemic.

"The first thing we did was the Saqbol app, which means that every person who uploads the app will be warned that if they suddenly came into contact with a person who has a positive PCR test. If, for example, one of us attended a meeting today, and then it turned out that he was infected with covid, then everyone else will simply be sent an anonymous notification that they need to have PCR test, that they were most likely in contact with a covid person, so should be re-tested. We have developed such a digital mechanism today, it has been implemented, and now it is being promoted," the Minister said at the government hour in the Senate.

Also, according to the Head of the Ministry, all the bases of the Ministry of Health are united into one.

"All the laboratories that do PCR are now united in a single database. The Ministry of Health now sees a single database and understands what is happening in the country online. Based on this, we have already been able to embed special QR codes in egov mobile, a special application, that indicate that a person has passed PCR test, and he can present it in digital form," Mussin explained.

On top of that, additional digital programs are being created.

"This is ZERTTEU app, it will help with the epidemiological investigation. What does that mean? When a person comes to the country today, they fill out papers by hand, provide some information. This information should be transmitted to the Central Supervisory authority, this authority enters it into the database; it all takes time and causes certain problems. In order to automate this, we are creating a special mobile application that we will recommend to visitors that they install on their phone, and transmit the corresponding personal data in electronic format" the Minister concluded.
