Instruction of the Government:

The Head of Government Askar Mamin instructed the regions to take all measures to achieve the planned social and economic development indicators, and ensure effective accomplishment of objectives set by the Head of State.

"I instruct the Ministry of Finance together with the regions to implement plans for the revenue part of the Republican Budget. State bodies and regions to also ensure full and effective budget implementation, and complete all started projects and achieve the planned goals by the end of the year," Askar Mamin addressed the heads of departments during the Government meeting.

In turn, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerulan Zhamaubayev requested state agencies to speed up the disbursement of allocated funds.

According to the Head of the Ministry of Finance, local budget expenditures amounted to KZT 6.4 tln. Not implemented - KZT 128 bln.

"This year, the regions are provided with targeted transfers in the amount of KZT 2.3 tln. According to preliminary data, as of November 1, they were allocated KZT 1.7 tln. 98.2% of it have been implemented. Not implemented - KZT 31 bln, including savings - KZT 7 bln, not implemented - KZT 24 bln," Yerulan Zhamaubayev specified.

According to the Minister, the greatest lack of implementation is in the following regions: Aktobe region – KZT 3.2 bln, Almaty – KZT 3 bln, North Kazakhstan region – KZT 2.5 bln, West Kazakhstan region – KZT 2.3 bln, Turkestan region – KZT 1.9 bln.

"There is not much time left until the end of the financial year. Therefore, I remind you that central state bodies and local executive bodies need to accelerate the development of not only the planned funds, but also the funds allocated from the Government reserve," Zhamaubayev emphasized.
