Lending to entrepreneurs

The National Bank, together with the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, determined the limits of bank financing within the framework of preferential lending to entrepreneurs. New limits are set considering KZT 200 bln additionally allocated.
In particular, the Financial Regulator has set the following limits for banks: Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC - KZT 229.3 bln, Jysan Bank JSC – KZT 13.5 bln, SB of Sberbank JSC – KZT 131.3 bln, Bank CenterCredit JSC – KZT 93 bln, Bank RBK JSC – KZT 67.4 bln, Nurbank JSC – KZT 15 bln, Eurasian Bank JSC – KZT 35.8 bln, SB "Alfa-Bank" JSC – KZT 39.8 bln, Altyn Bank JSC – KZT 11.7 bln, ATFBank JSC – KZT 60.1 bln, ForteBank JSC – KZT 61 bln, VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) – KZT 12.1 bln. For lending to large enterprises, a list of enterprises in the manufacturing and service sectors affected by the state of emergency was determined, which was approved by a joint order of the Chairman of the National Bank and the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2020. Recall that the National Bank of Kazakhstan, with the resolution dated October 27, 2020, allocated additional KZT 200 bln for the further implementation of the Program in support of entrepreneurs affected by the state of emergency. In addition, the coverage for large enterprises and entrepreneurs operating in the agribusiness industry has been expanded. The Program has been extended to December 31, 2021, inclusive, and the money disbursement period - to March 31, 2021, inclusive. New limits are set considering KZT 200 bln additionally allocated.
