Prime Minister Askar Mamin took part in a videoconference session of the Nur Otan faction, which was chaired by the Chair of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, the Head of the Faction Nurlan Nigmatulin.“
On behalf of the Chair of the Nur Otan party, the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, a Roadmap was developed for the implementation of the pre-election program of the party ‘Path of change: a decent life for everyone!’. The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also instructed to take measures for the timely and effective implementation of the election program,” Mamin said, presenting the document to the deputies.
The roadmap includes 362 measures to implement four directions of the Election Program: Equal Opportunities for All, Intellectual, Healthy and Thrifty Nation, Sustainable Development of the Economy and Regions, Accountable State and Responsible Citizens.
Systemic measures, that will be implemented:
- support and strengthening Kazakhstani families by increasing the volume of housing construction, incl. preferential social housing, development of women's entrepreneurship, preschool and secondary education;
- measures for further developing and modernizing the infrastructure of cities and villages, reconstructing and providing roadside services to republican roads;
- high-quality and sustainable economic growth through a balanced macroeconomic policy, further diversification of the economy, targeted investment attraction and proactive export promotion.
Comprehensive measures will be implemented to maintain and increase employment of the population. At least 700 thousand people will be covered by active forms of employment annually. By 2025, all public services will be automated and converted to electronic format.

The developed draft of the Roadmap includes all the necessary measures for the full and high-quality implementation of the Nur Otan party's pre-election program ‘Path of change: a decent life for everyone!’. The government will ensure the timely execution of all measures. The result of the implementation of all measures will be a real increase in the quality of life and well-being of the population in the new reality,” the press service of the Government reports Mamin's words.
