Cost limits for construction are set

There are limits on the cost of construction of facilities with the participation of public and quasi-public sector investments.

Measures have been taken to avoid overstating the cost of construction work and materials.

To automate the determination of the cost limit on the State Expertise portal (epsd.kz), an online calculator has been developed that allows you to calculate the maximum cost of building an object. On the basis of the databank of design and estimate documentation, consolidated estimated standards (CES) will be formed, the values of which will be the marginal cost of the project. To determine the cost of imported materials and technological equipment, it is planned to use data from foreign databases in the original source.
