The EAEU, agreement:

The EAEU countries intend to grant equal rights to workers in their countries in the field of pension provision. This is provided for by the agreement which was approved on November 4 at the plenary session of the Mazhilis Deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, labor migrants will be able to allocate their funds to the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund in Kazakhstan and, then, receive these pension payments when they reach retirement age or disability of the first and second groups is established. "Today, member states have different pension systems. For example, the Republic of Belarus does not have a funded system, while other funded systems have some differences", said Birzhan Nurymbetov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population. Entry into force of this agreement will allow resolving problematic issues in system of workers pension savings. In particular, equal rights of working citizens of the EAEU in countries of employment will be ensured, and pension export issues will be regulated as well. The Ministry of Labor also reported that after the agreement comes into force, citizens of the EAEU member states will have the same right to pension provision as citizens of country where they worked.
