Kazakhstan ranks 1st in CIS in commissioned housing per capita.
As at the end of last year, 0,81 housing square meters (per capita) were commissioned. This is the highest indicator among the countries of CIS and it approached the level of economically developed countries. So, at the end of last year in Russia - 0.56 sq. M, in Belarus - 0.45 sq. M, and Uzbekistan - 0.36 sq. M. Of housing per person was put into operation.
This indicator has been measured since 2019 and for the second year Kazakhstan has been the leader among the CIS countries.
Recall that in 2020, within the framework of the Program's task to implement a unified housing policy from all sources of financing, a record 15.3 million sq. meters of housing, which exceeds the indicator of 2019 by 16.8%.
