In July, Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov transferred $ 10 million to the Uzbek authorities to reward ambulance paramedics.
However, the day before, the ambulance workers recorded a video message in which they complained that they had not received the indicated amounts.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan resolved that doctors should be paid a bonus of $ 500, nurses should be entitled to $ 400 each, and drivers should be rewarded $ 300 each.
At the same time, the Uzbek authorities paid only a part of the above-mentioned bonuses. Ambulance employees owe another $ 25 thousand.
