Fight against coronavirus

Humanity failed the coronavirus pandemic test due to refusal to cooperate, Antonio Guterres stated, the UN Secretary General.

Guterres cited statistics on infections and deaths from coronavirus — almost a million dead and 30 million infected.

"The pandemic is a clear test of international cooperation that we have failed," he said.

At the same time, according to him, the coronavirus has become a warning that should encourage society to take action. The Secretary General added that the world must unite within global institutions in order to avoid chaos.
