Today, on October 17, the Secretariat of the National Contact Center of Kazakhstan, represented by Economic Research Institute JSC (ERI), held an online meeting with representatives of KAZGUU named after M.S. Narikbayev.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Secretariat of the NCC of Kazakhstan Aziza Kasenova Director of the ERI Center Dolores Tyulebekova, Dean of the International School of Economics Kemelbaeva S.S., Vice Dean for Postgraduate Programs, Science and Development Utebaev A., Vice Dean for Bachelor Degree Toktabayeva A., Vice Dean for Academic Support and Employment Ayazbekov Zh., Manager of the Career Center Tileukulov M.

During the meeting, representatives of the Secretariat spoke in detail about the current work and activities of the NCC Kazakhstan.

The National Contact Center — is a collegial advisory body that makes decisions on the considered appeals for violation of the provisions The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, including on information disclosure, human rights, labor and industrial relations, anti-bribery, bribery and extortion, environmental protection, consumer interests, science and technology, competition and taxation.

Dolores Tyulebekova noted the need for research work in developing the scientific potential of young people, as well as academic involvement in expanding the practice of the NCC for the formation of civil society in accordance with OECD standards.

Following the meeting, the participants noted the existence of mutual interest in the activities of the NCC and agreed to hold guest or permanent lectures on the activities of internationa.organizations, in particular the OECD and on NCC issues for wide promotion and awareness-raising among young people.
