On September 23, at 11:00a.m., an online conference on Sustainable Development Goals "Green Growth" in Kazakhstan: Greening the Economy" will be held. ⠀ "In the medium term, economic growth should become more and more "green". Therefore, the foundation for deep decarbonization should be laid right now. I instruct the Government to develop a package of proposals for "green growth" in cooperation with the scientific community and private sector». ⠀ The World Meteorological Organization's report on the state of climate for the period from 2015 to 2019 noted that countries are not meeting their obligations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
